Qualifications

• Must complete all employment requirements.
• Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance required.
• Clean driving record essential.
• Prior home care experience preferred (2-5 years).
• Must have access to email and a mobile smart device.
• Understanding of client ethics and confidentiality is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Provide light housekeeping services.
• Prepare meals for clients.
• Transport clients as needed.
• Offer companionship to clients.
• Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing and toileting.
• Follow a personalized care plan.
• Maintain professional communication with families and the care team.
