The caregiver will follow EVV requirements and organization policies to ensure a safe, respectful, and compliant service delivery on site at the client location.

Job description

Description Affinity Healthcare Solutions is looking for a compassionate, reliable caregiver to join our team. This position is for an elderly client located in Southwest Philadelphia, PA who does not have dementia or Alzheimer's disease but requires assistance with daily living activities.

Assist Client with the Following:

• Light housekeeping
• Personal care support that may include bathing and dressing
• Meal preparation
• Laundry
• Transfer and mobility assistance as needed
• Medication reminders
• Companionship and social interaction
• Supporting a safe and comfortable environment for the client

All caregivers are required to be EVV compliant (e.g., clock in and out during their shift at the verifiable client site). All employees of Affinity Healthcare Solutions are mandatory reporters and must adhere to all DOH and Affinity Healthcare Solutions policies.
