Job summary

Right at Home, In-Home Care & Assistance, is seeking Skilled Caregivers to join a dynamic care team providing clinical expertise.

You will perform personal care activities, assist with daily living tasks, prepare meals, support transportation to appointments, and maintain a clean home environment for clients in their homes. A valid driver’s license and 3+ years of caregiving experience are required.

Qualifications

• Possess a valid driver’s license and insured automobile.
• Three years of experience as a Caregiver/Home Health Aide in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Performs personal care activities that assist the client with activities of daily living.
• Ambulation/Transfers and assisting with eating, dressing, and personal hygiene.
• Prepares meals and snacks according to instructions.
• Accompany patient to errands or medical appointments.
• Performs housekeeping tasks including cleaning, laundry, and changing bed linens.

Performs personal care activities that assist the client with activities of daily living which include (but are not limited to):

• Personal hygiene (assisting to bathroom or in using a bedpan, bathing, care of mouth, shaving, skin, and hair)
• Ambulation/Transfers
• Eating
• Dressing/undressing
• Prepares meals and snacks according to instructions
• Accompany patient on errands or medical appointments.
• Performs housekeeping activities which include (but are not limited to): vacuuming, dusting, sweeping or mopping floors, doing dishes, changing bed linens, doing laundry and cleaning bathroom
