Job summary

Omatochi in California is seeking a dedicated Caregiver to provide in-home and community-based support under the supervision of the CS Care Lead. You will help clients with daily living activities, follow care plans, and document services in our mobile system.

The role requires reliability, compassion, and clear communication with clients and families. You will work flexible hours including evenings and weekends, with overtime eligibility and California pay practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year caregiving or related experience.
• Ability to follow care plans and instructions.
• Reliable transportation within service area.
• Ability to pass background check and required screenings.
• Preferred: home care or healthcare experience.
• Preferred: caregiving certifications.
• Preferred: experience using mobile documentation systems.

Pay Range: $22 - $25 per hour (depending on experience and assignment)

Location: California | Field-based

Schedule: Variable; days, evenings, weekends as scheduled; overtime eligible

Position Summary

The Caregiver provides direct care services to clients in their homes or community settings. This role supports clients with daily living activities while ensuring services are delivered safely, respectfully, and in accordance with care plans and organizational standards.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Client Care & Service Delivery

• Provide personal care and support services as outlined in client care plans.
• Assist clients with activities of daily living as assigned.

Workweek, Compensation, And Benefits

This is a non-exempt, hourly position.
