Legend Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Caregiver/Resident Assistant to join our nursing team. You will assist residents with daily living activities, provide compassionate care, and help maintain a safe, comfortable environment.

Qualifications

• Preference for previous experience in a similar role.
• Ability to provide daily care and assist residents.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily care, including personal care, grooming, hygiene, housekeeping, laundering, social interactions, and meals.
• Monitor residents' physical and emotional comfort and respond as needed.
• Document daily shift reports and resident records.
• Confidentially communicate urgent needs and concerns to the Health Care Director.
• Demonstrate the ability to manage assigned tasks within the scheduled shift.
