The Resident Assistant is responsible for providing personal care and delegated health-related services to maintain residents' physical and emotional well-being. This role involves following individual service schedules and accurately documenting services provided.

The targeted pay range for this position is $18-$21 per hour. Ecumen considers various factors such as experience, qualifications, certifications, licenses, and education when determining starting pay.
