We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our nursing team as Resident Assistants/Caregivers. Your role involves making a difference in residents' lives by assisting with daily activities.

Hours Available

• Part-Time 1st shift (7:00 am - 3:00 pm)
• Part-Time 2nd shift (3:00 pm - 11:00 pm)
• Potential to combine shifts for full-time hours

• Assist residents with personal care, grooming, hygiene, housekeeping, laundry, social activities, and meals
• Monitor residents’ physical and emotional well-being and respond appropriately
• Document tasks such as shift reports, resident records, and service agreements
• Communicate effectively with staff about urgent needs and concerns
• Manage assigned tasks within scheduled shifts
• Follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
