At Caring Senior Service of Sugar Land, we believe every senior deserves to remain healthy, happy, and safe in their own home. We're looking for a dedicated Caregiver Relations Coordinator to lead the recruitment, scheduling, and support of our caregiving team—making sure both our clients and caregivers receive the care and attention they deserve.

Recruit and onboard qualified, compassionate caregivers to meet client demand
Manage scheduling and match caregivers with clients based on personality, skills, and availability
Conduct caregiver training, orientations, and ongoing performance reviews
Support client onboarding by initiating care plans and ensuring services meet expectations
Provide occasional hands-on support during caregiver gaps
Communicate with families and address questions and concerns professionally
Collaborate with leadership to ensure service quality, compliance, and client satisfaction
Required: Previous experience as a caregiver, CNA, or in-home care professional
Preferred: Background in healthcare coordination, scheduling, or non-medical care management
Strong communication skills with a professional, problem-solving mindset
Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities
Bilingual or multilingual applicants are strongly encouraged to apply
Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and clear background check required
Full-Time: Monday–Friday (standard daytime hours)
On-Call Rotation: Evenings/weekends as needed
Service Area: Local travel to client homes in Sugar Land and surrounding areas
Salary: $35,000–$42,000 per year (based on experience)
