What You'll Do

• Recruit and onboard qualified, compassionate caregivers to meet client demand

• Manage scheduling and match caregivers with clients based on personality, skills, and availability

• Conduct caregiver training, orientations, and ongoing performance reviews

• Support client onboarding by initiating care plans and ensuring services meet expectations

• Provide occasional hands-on support during caregiver gaps

• Communicate with families and address questions and concerns professionally

• Collaborate with leadership to ensure service quality, compliance, and client satisfaction

What You Bring

• Required: Previous experience as a caregiver, CNA, or in-home care professional

• Preferred: Background in healthcare coordination, scheduling, or non-medical care management

• Strong communication skills with a professional, problem-solving mindset

• Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities

• Bilingual or multilingual applicants are strongly encouraged to apply

• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and clear background check required

Schedule & Location

• Full-Time: Monday–Friday (standard daytime hours)

• On-Call Rotation: Evenings/weekends as needed

• Service Area: Local travel to client homes in Sugar Land and surrounding areas

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $35,000–$42,000 per year (based on experience)
