Base pay range: $16.25/hr - $16.50/hr

Pre-employment Requirements

Responsibilities

• Assisting with daily routines (feeding, grooming, bathing)
• Light shopping and housekeeping
• Providing reassurance through conversation
• Meal prep and cleanup
• Reporting incidents or concerns immediately
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• Preferred: 2+ years experience with seniors at home
• English proficiency and strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and professionally with diverse personalities
• Three references required
• Proof of recent TB/PPD test
• Background check clearance
• Certifications (CNA, HHA, BLS/CPR) are a plus

Physical Demands

Position involves transferring clients, standing long periods, lifting over 10 lbs, and other physical activities depending on client needs.

Work Environment

Work primarily occurs in clients' homes.

Supervision

No supervisory responsibilities.
