Sharecare is looking for a Care Partner to support CareLinx’s services, connecting families with in-home caregivers. The Care Partner will be the first point of contact for caregivers, guiding them from inquiry to their first shift and beyond. Responsibilities include interviewing candidates, matching caregivers with members, supporting caregiver retention, and maintaining ongoing relationships to ensure caregivers are supported and successful.

Essential Job Functions

• Recruitment & Job Offer Management: Conduct interviews, manage and negotiate job offers, provide support and guidance to caregivers, and partner with onboarding specialists.
• Shift and Program Support: Engage qualified caregivers to meet program needs, collaborate with Care Advisors, and assist caregivers with scheduling and requirements.
• Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with caregivers through regular communication, acting as a resource for inquiries and concerns.
• Support and Engagement: Promote growth opportunities, keep caregivers informed about policies and resources, and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of experience in customer service, recruitment, or caregiver support.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Empathy, patience, and relationship management skills.
• Adaptability and confidentiality awareness.
