Job summary

Visiting Angels Utah County in Provo, UT is seeking a detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to manage the end-to-end recruiting process for caregivers, interview candidates, and build a robust pipeline to support rapid growth.

You'll create recruiting materials, track KPIs, and collaborate with teams to improve hiring practices while ensuring excellent candidate and client experiences in our local office.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of high-volume recruiting experience.
• Associates degree required.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field is a plus.
• Experience working in the senior care industry is a plus.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to join our team at Visiting Angels Utah County. As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will be responsible for finding the best caregivers in Utah County to support our clients and their families.
