Sunrise Senior Living in Annapolis, MD is seeking a compassionate Caregiver to support residents with daily activities and build meaningful relationships. You will assist with ADLs, follow ISP, promote safety and dignity, and help create a warm, engaging living environment.

The role offers paid training, opportunities for career growth, and a team that values kindness and reliability. CPR/First Aid certification preferred; High School Diploma or GED required.

Qualificações

• CPR/First Aid certification required or ability to obtain it.
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills are essential.
• Age 18+ and eligible to work in the United States.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care
• Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document changes
• Promote safety, dignity, and independence
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss

Pay Range:

16.30 - 20.40
