Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a devoted Caregiver in Illinois to provide hands-on support with activities of daily living and to build meaningful relationships with residents. You will follow ISP guidance, promote safety and independence, and assist with dining services while maintaining a warm, welcoming environment.

The role emphasizes compassionate communication with families and care teams, with additional opportunities to create enriching experiences for memory care residents and to grow

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CPR/First Aid (or ability to obtain).
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care.
• Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document changes.
• Promote safety, dignity, and independence.
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders.
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.

Pay Range:
