Job summary

Right at Home North Central Houston is seeking in-home care professionals to support seniors and adults with disabilities in their own homes. This PRN role focuses on non-medical care and companionship, with shifts available days, evenings, overnights and weekends.

You will help clients stay safe and independent, with tasks including personal care, meal prep, light housekeeping, transportation, and alerting the team to changes in condition.

Qualifications

• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Reliable personal transportation, valid driver's license and insurance.

Right at Home North Central Houston is hiring care professionals to work one-on-one with seniors and adults with disabilities in the comfort of their own homes. No facility chaos. No rotating floors. Just you, your client, and the satisfaction of knowing you made someone's day better. This position is PRN based on care professional availability and client need.

• Competitive pay $14-$17/hour
• Flexible scheduling — we work around your availability

What You'll Do

You’ll provide hand-on, non-medical support that helps clients stay safe and independent at home:

• Personal care: bathing, dressing, grooming
• Companionship and conversation
• Meal prep and light housekeeping
• Medication reminders
• Transportation to appointments and errands
• Monitoring and reporting changes in client condition

What We're Looking For

• Dependable, compassionate, and good with people
• Reliable personal transportation, valid driver's license and insurance
• Ability to pass a background check
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Experience is a plus - but not required.

We welcome CNAs, HHAs, PCAs, and first-timers alike. If you have a heart for this work, we'll handle the training.
