Compensation:
  • Pay Range: $16-22/hour, depending on experience and client complexity
  • Automatic travel reimbursement between clients
  • Additional rate differentials and incentives for weekends, short shifts, complex clients, and longer distances (case dependent)

Responsibilities:
  • Assist with daily activities to promote client independence at home
  • Provide personal care assistance
  • Assist with mobility, transfers, and range of motion exercises
  • Handle meal planning, preparation, and feeding
  • Manage household needs
  • Offer companionship and respite services for families
  • Work in North Austin and surrounding areas
  • This is a PRN position, flexible for part-time or full-time shifts.
Qualifications:
  • A passion for serving and helping others
  • 18 years or older
  • High school diploma or G.E.D.
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
  • At least 1 year of experience as a home caregiver or in senior communities
  • Experience with gait belts and mobility aids
  • Clean background
  • Reliable phone with service (Wi-Fi only phones are not acceptable)
