As a Vitality Living Caregiver, you will:

1. Assist residents with activities, treatments, and emotional or behavioral issues as per service plans.
2. Help develop and revise service plans by informing supervisors of resident needs and preferences.
3. Observe and report resident problems to the appropriate staff.
4. Participate in onboarding, training, and team meetings.
5. Perform other duties as assigned by the Wellness Director.
