Job summary

Allen Place in Iowa is seeking a compassionate Care Giver to provide hands-on care and emotional support in a home-like setting. You will help residents with daily tasks and promote a safe, dignified environment.

The successful candidate will have CNA preferred, be at least 18, and bring strong communication and customer service skills to the team. Flexible scheduling and full benefits for eligible staff are offered.

Qualifications

• Certified Nurse’s Aide certification preferred.
• High School diploma/GED required.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Previous experience working with seniors preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, management and co-workers.
• Superior customer service skills and ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Must demonstrate good judgment, problem solving and decision making skills.
