Job summary

Innovative Home Services (IHS) at Freedom Village at Brandywine is a private duty home care provider in West Brandywine. We are seeking extraordinary, compassionate companions/caregivers/homemakers to join our team for one-on-one care, light housekeeping, and personalized support for our residents.

Join our winning team and enjoy a flexible schedule (up to 20+ hours per week), independence, and a caring work environment on our beautiful campus with residents who live here.

Qualifications

• Current HHA certificate is required.
• Current CPR certification is required.
• Previous HHA experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions and document services.
• Self-directed with minimal supervision.
• Kind, reliable and compassionate.

Responsibilities

• Provide light housekeeping and companion services.
• Assist with shopping and errands.
• Offer companionship to residents.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Assist with transportation to medical appointments.

We are currently seeking EXTRORDINARY, compassionate, motivated, and energetic Companions/Caregivers/Homemakers to join our team. As an IHS Companion, you will provide light housekeeping and companion services, one on one, all while working our beautiful, upscale campus. We provide individual private duty supportive care that is personalized to the needs of our residents here in our community 7 days a week. Previous companion experience is preferred. Innovative Home Services offers the opportunity to have a flexible schedule depending on your availability up to 20+ hours a week. Working with us as a companion you will enjoy independence and flexibility while working with a great team at our West Brandywine location!
