Job summary

HomeWell Care Services AR174 is hiring for full-time overnight caregivers. You will provide non-medical daily living assistance, companionship, meals, light housekeeping, and transportation support where needed.

We offer weekly pay, paid time off, training, and advancement opportunities. A compassionate, reliable caregiver with a valid license and background check is preferred. Join our team to make a meaningful difference.

Qualifications

• Experience in long-term care with geriatric or chronically ill persons (≥1000 hours).
• Must be physically able to perform caregiving duties.
• Must have reliable transportation; if transporting clients, must have a valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Pass a criminal background check and a drug screen.
• This role is a safety-sensitive position subject to state and federal regulations.
• No visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• One on one assistance with hands-on non-medical activities of daily living including bathing, toileting, dressing.
• Provide companionship and conversation.
• Meal preparation and administration reminders.
• Light housekeeping and laundry services.

Care Professional Responsibilities:

• Light housekeeping and laundry services

Qualifications and Skills:

• Prefer 1,000 hours of long-term care with geriatric or chronically ill persons
  • Exceptions to this requirement are for recently licensed Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) or Personal Care Aid (PCA),
  • caring for a family member or persons who will only be providing companionship and housekeeping services.
• Must be physically able to perform the duties of this position.
• Must have available reliable transportation; if transporting clients, must also have proof of a valid driver’s license and automobile insurance.
• Pass a criminal background check (national and any required by state) and a drug screen.
• This role is classified as a safety-sensitive position and subject to applicable state and federal regulations.
