More details:
A family in Madison is looking for a part-time Caregiver for their active boys who are 5 and 7 years old. The typical schedule will be Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 3:00 pm to 6:30 pm. They are hoping for a Caregiver who would be open to occasional overnight care.

Duties:
Duties for this home include driving the boys to their activities and sports around surrounding towns. Basic meal and snack preparing. Assisting with scheduling play dates and putting on ice skates.

Ideal caregiver:
The Caregiver for this home is someone who is reliable and communicates efficiently but also socially liberal. Someone who is respectful and aware of family rules, such as screen time and food safety when it comes to any allergies. A Caregiver who genuinely cares for the children's well-being. A safe driver is important and someone who is positive and will lift the children up when they are feeling down, giving them a new perspective. A Nanny/Manny who can swim is a plus! College is preferred but not required.

About the children:
This little brother is energetic, curious, loving, and a people person! He is just entering kindergarten. He loves soccer, gymnastics, and has an eye for the arts, he enjoys drawing as well.

This active 7-year-old is involved in ice hockey and soccer! Who is thoughtful, logical, more reserved, but loyal, and supportive. Is great in math, arts, and sports.

About the parents:
These parents work together to create clear boundaries, clearly communicate, and get on the children’s eye level calmly to explain situations. They tried to understand the emotion and source, finding a way to both validate the feelings of the child and reinforce the expected behavior. Stern communication with a 321 countdown is acceptable for more dangerous situations.
