This is a hands-on caregiving position. Responsibilities may include assisting clients with activities of daily living such as:

• Bathing, toileting, and personal hygiene

• Light housekeeping

• Household tasks and chores

• Other personal care needs based on the client’s care plan

You do not need to be a professional chef, but you should be comfortable preparing basic meals and helping clients safely navigate their kitchen.

Requirements

• Prior experience working as a CNA or caregiver providing care for adults or seniors

• A compassionate and respectful approach to caring for individuals who are ill, aging, or in need of assistance

• Ability to successfully meet the physical and emotional demands of providing direct client care

• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English as necessary to perform the job

• Valid driver’s license, car insurance and vehicle

• Ability to pass a background check
