We have an immediate need for a certified Caregiver (CNA/ HHA) for a client on Monday through Saturday 25- 305 hours.

Responsibilities:
  1. Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): Provide support with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene.
  2. Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation.
  3. Medication Reminders: Provide reminders for medication according to prescribed schedules.
  4. Support clients in managing their medication routines.
  5. Meal Preparation and Nutrition: Assist with meal planning and preparation, adhering to dietary requirements.
  6. Monitor and encourage proper nutrition and hydration.
  7. Companionship and Social Interaction: Engage clients in meaningful conversations and companionship.
  8. Accompany clients to appointments and social activities.
  9. Health Monitoring: Observe and report changes in clients' health status to the care team.
  10. Document care provided and any notable observations.
Qualifications:
  1. High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  2. Previous experience as a caregiver or similar role preferred.
  3. Current Certification / License for CNA / HHA required.
  4. Certification in CPR and First Aid required.
  5. Level 2 AHCA Background check on file.
  6. Compassionate and empathetic attitude.
  7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  8. Ability to follow care plans and work collaboratively within a team.
  9. Proof of Non-Communicable Diseases Physician Letter.
