Qualifications

• Prior caregiving experience is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of medication administration protocols is a plus.
• Experience in memory care is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications as prescribed and monitor schedules.

Duties

• - Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• - Administer medications according to prescribed schedules
• - Monitor vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionals
• - Provide companionship and engage in meaningful conversations with clients
• - Assist with serving meals
• - Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry, vacuuming, and tidying up living spaces
• - Provide support for individuals with memory care needs, including those with dementia or Alzheimer's disease
• - Lift and transfer clients safely using proper techniques and assistive devices

Experience

• - Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred but not required
• - Knowledge of medication administration protocols is beneficial
• - Experience in memory care is advantageous
