Caregivers provide personal care, companionship, and support to clients in their homes. You’ll help clients remain independent and safe while delivering the kindness and respect they deserve.

Qualifications

• Previous caregiving or healthcare experience preferred but not required—paid training provided.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Reliable transportation to and from client homes.
• Compassionate, dependable, and able to work independently.
• Strong communication skills and respect for client privacy and dignity.

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility support.
• Provide companionship and meaningful conversation.
• Prepare simple meals and perform light housekeeping related to client care.
• Offer medication reminders as outlined in the care plan.
• Monitor and report any changes in client condition to the office promptly.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment and follow all company and state guidelines.
