Job summary

Home Instead in Indianola, IA is seeking a confident caregiver to provide hands-on personal care, assist with transfers, and support individuals living with memory changes.

Shifts include Mornings 8 AM–12/12:30 PM, Afternoons 12/12:30–5/5:30 PM, and Evenings 5/5:30–10 PM. Pay is $17/hr with weekend premium rate, plus paid orientation and ongoing training, health insurance, and a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• Hands-on personal care experience.
• Experience assisting with transfers and mobility.
• Experience supporting individuals with memory changes or dementia.
• Patient, dependable, observant and safety-minded.

We’re looking for dependable, experienced caregivers in Indianola, IA who are comfortable with personal care, transfers, and dementia support.

Available Shifts

• Mornings: 8 AM–12/12:30 PM

• Afternoons: 12/12:30–5/5:30 PM

• Evenings: 5/5:30–10 PM

What You’ll Do
