Job summary

Harbor Lane is building a team of in-home caregivers in the Houston area to provide aging-in-place support. You will offer companionship, light chores, meal prep, and mobility assistance, serving as a steady presence for clients and their families.

These are part-time, W-2 positions with flexible scheduling across Houston, Katy, Sugar Land and surrounding areas. Compensation ranges from $16 to $19 per hour, with Harbor Lane providing employment, tax withholding, and workers' compensation

Qualifications

• Experience caring for older adults, professionally or as a family caregiver.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance.
• Authorized to work in the United States; background check required.
• Certifications like CNA/HHA/CPR are welcome but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and conversation, and be a steady presence in the home.

• Notice changes and report them to families.

Pay
