How You Will Make a Difference

The Caregiver approaches each day with a passionate pursuit of caring for patients by working one-on-one with them; helping them to achieve their health goals. In this role, you will set the standard for what our patients should experience from VitalCaring. As the Aide, you will:

• Recognize and report unusual changes in patients’ health and collaborate with the appropriate licensed professional
• Provide companionship and safety to patients in their homes and assist in tasks that promote the patients’ health
• Provide assistance in activities of daily living such as transportation to doctor's appointments, grocery, pet care as requested
• Contribute to a culture caring through individual accountability and teamwork

Experience to Deliver on our Mission:

• At least one year experience in care giving in any setting including hospital, nursing home, assisted living, or home health/private duty preferred
• Experience with completing Activities of Daily Living: bathing, dressing, cooking, light cleaning, toilet assistance, transfer.
• Experience with Hoyer lift/sliding board transfers
