Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in Yardley, PA is seeking a Caregiver to provide hands-on support and meaningful engagement for residents. You will assist with daily living activities, follow care plans, and help maintain a safe, welcoming environment.

The role emphasizes compassionate communication, reliability, and the ability to connect with residents and families while promoting independence. Training and growth opportunities are highlighted in this inclusive team setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain).
• Compassion, reliability and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility and personal care.
• Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document changes.
• Promote safety, dignity and independence for residents.
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders.
• Provide enriching experiences for residents in Memory Care when applicable.
