Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Caregiver to provide hands-on support with daily living activities and to build meaningful relationships with residents in New Jersey. You will follow individualized service plans and help maintain a safe, respectful environment.

The role emphasizes compassionate care, reliable performance and strong communication with families, while supporting dining and activity programs for residents, including Memory Care where applicable.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain.
• Compassion, reliability and strong communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility and personal care.
• Follow ISP and document changes.
• Promote safety, dignity and independence.
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders.
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.

Pay Range:

18.92 - 23.65
