Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Caregiver to provide hands-on support to residents and build meaningful relationships. You will assist with daily activities, follow individualized care plans, and help create a safe, dignified living environment.

The role includes engaging residents, supporting dining, and communicating with families. This position emphasizes memory care experiences where applicable, with paid training and opportunities for career growth within Sunrise’s

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain it.
• Compassion, reliability and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility and personal care.
• Follow ISP and document changes to care plans.
• Promote safety, dignity and independence for residents.
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders.
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.
