Care Advantage, Inc. is seeking compassionate Personal Care Assistants to provide in-home care in Columbia, SC and surrounding areas. Full- or part-time positions with flexible scheduling.

You will assist clients with daily living activities, mobility, meals, and light housekeeping, while following individualized care plans and ensuring client well-being.

Qualificações

• Caregiving experience preferred.
• Eligible to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship).
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check.
• Must have a physical exam and TB test on file.
• Reliable transportation required.

Responsabilidades

• Help with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting).
• Assist with mobility and transfers.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding if needed.
• Handle light housekeeping (laundry, tidying, linens).
• Follow each client’s individualized care plan.
• Notify supervisor of changes in a client’s condition or behavior.

What You'll Do
