Job summary

Attentive Angels Home Care in Columbia, SC is hiring full- and part-time Personal Care Assistants to provide in-home care to clients in Columbia and surrounding areas. We are a client-driven company dedicated to lifting up communities we serve and supporting our Care Family in purpose-driven work.

If you are a compassionate caregiver, we’d love to talk with you! Full- or part-time shifts include days, nights, and weekends, and we help build a schedule around you.

Qualifications

• Caregiving experience preferred.
• Eligible to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship).
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check.
• Physical exam and TB test on file.
• Reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Help with activities of daily living: bathing, grooming, hygiene, dressing, toileting.
• Assist with mobility and transfers.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding if needed.
• Handle light housekeeping: laundry, tidying, linens.
• Follow each client's care plan.
• Report changes in client condition to supervisor.
