Elara Caring is seeking a Caregiver Personal Care Aide (PCA) to support clients in their homes, with a schedule from 9:30 PM to 11:30 PM, seven days a week. The role offers hourly pay starting at $13.50 and daily pay options, plus paid training and opportunities for advancement.

You will assist with personal care, mobility, meals, light housekeeping, and companionship, helping maintain comfort and dignity for clients in need.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience providing care to elderly or disabled individuals preferred (professional or personal).
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable personality.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation to travel to client homes.
• Ability to lift, stand, and assist clients up to 50 pounds.

Responsabilités

• Provide personal care support, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene assistance.
• Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and daily living activities.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed.
• Perform housekeeping, laundry, and household tasks.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to improve quality of life.
• Assist with errands, grocery shopping, and transportation to appointments when applicable.
