Job summary

Elara Caring is seeking a Caregiver Personal Care Aide (PCA) for the evening shift in Michigan. Earn hourly pay starting at $14.25–$14.75 with a $1,300 sign-on bonus and daily pay options.

Schedule is 3:00 PM–11:00 PM, with opportunities to grow and advance within a supportive team. Responsibilities include bathing, dressing, mobility assistance, meal prep, light housekeeping, and transportation to appointments as available.

Qualifications

• Experience providing care to elderly or disabled individuals preferred (professional or personal).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Compassionate, patient and dependable personality.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care support, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene assistance.
• Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and daily living activities
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed
• Perform housekeeping, laundry, and household tasks
• Provide companionship and emotional support to improve quality of life
• Assist with errands, grocery shopping, and transportation to appointments when applicable
• Promote a safe, comfortable, and respectful environment for each client

As a Caregiver, you’ll contribute to our success in the following ways:

• Provide personal care support, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene assistance
