Job summary

Caregivers of Chariton, LLC is seeking a compassionate Caregiver Personal Care Aide (PCA) in Missouri to support elderly or disabled clients in their own homes. The role offers a $250 sign-on bonus and an hourly wage of $15.00 to $17.50, with daily pay options and urgent hiring.

Responsibilities include personal care, mobility assistance, meal prep, housekeeping, companionship, errands, and reliable transport; you will help promote safety, dignity, and independence.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• At least six months of experience caring for elderly or disabled individuals required.
• Compassionate, patient and dependable personality.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation to travel to client homes.
• Ability to lift, stand, bend and assist clients up to 50 pounds.

• Provide personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing and hygiene.
• Assist clients with mobility, transfers and activities of daily living.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed.
• Perform housekeeping, laundry and light household tasks.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.

As a Caregiver, you’ll contribute to our success in the following ways:

• Provide personal care support, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene assistance
