Job summary

Elara Caring is seeking a caring Caregiver Personal Care Aide (PCA) to provide in-home support, helping clients with daily activities, grooming, meals, and mobility. You’ll play a vital role in comfort, dignity, and independence for those you serve.

Starting pay is $13.50 per hour with daily pay options; the role offers flexible scheduling, paid training, and paths for career growth within a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience caring for elderly or disabled preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Reliable transportation to travel to client homes.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care support, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene assistance.
• Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and daily living activities.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed.
• Perform housekeeping, laundry, and household tasks.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to improve quality of life.
• Assist with errands, grocery shopping, and transportation to appointments (when applicable).

As a Caregiver, you’ll contribute to our success in the following ways:

• Provide personal care support, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene assistance
