Job summary

Elara Caring is seeking a Caregiver/Personal Care Aide (PCA) to provide in-home support and improve clients' quality of life. The role offers an hourly wage starting at $13.50, with daily pay options and opportunities for training and advancement.

You will assist with personal care, mobility, meals, light housekeeping, and companionship, while maintaining a safe and respectful environment for each client. Reliable transportation and a compassionate attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience providing care to elderly or disabled individuals preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care support, including bathing, grooming, dressing and hygiene assistance.
• Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and daily living activities.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed.
• Perform housekeeping, laundry, and household tasks.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to improve quality of life.
• Assist with errands, grocery shopping, and transportation to appointments (when applicable).
• Promote a safe, comfortable, and respectful environment for each client.

As a Caregiver, you’ll contribute to our success in the following ways:
