Elara Caring is seeking a compassionate Caregiver Personal Care Aide (PCA) to support clients in their homes in Texas, Duncanville. The role focuses on dignity, comfort, and independence, with pay up to $16/hour and daily pay options.

Training is provided and advancement opportunities exist within a supportive team environment. Responsibilities include personal care, mobility assistance, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and transportation support when needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience caring for elderly or disabled preferred.
• Compassionate, patient, dependable personality.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation to travel to client homes.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care support, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene assistance.
• Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and daily living activities.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed.
• Perform housekeeping, laundry, and household tasks.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to improve quality of life.
• Assist with errands, grocery shopping, and transportation to appointments (when applicable).
• Promote a safe, comfortable, and respectful environment for each client.
