Elara Caring is hiring a Caregiver Personal Care Aide (PCA) to support clients in home settings. Earn up to $16/hr with daily pay options and flexible scheduling based on client needs.

Training, advancement opportunities, and a supportive team are provided to help you grow in your role. Your duties include personal care, mobility assistance, meal support, light housekeeping, companionship, and transportation to appointments when needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience caring for elderly or disabled preferred (professional or personal).
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable personality.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation to travel to client homes.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care support, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene assistance
• Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and daily living activities
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed
• Perform housekeeping, laundry, and household tasks
• Provide companionship and emotional support to improve quality of life
• Assist with errands, grocery shopping, and transportation to appointments (when applicable)
• Promote a safe, comfortable, and respectful environment for each client
