Elara Caring is seeking a compassionate Caregiver Personal Care Aide (PCA) in Cypress, TX, to help clients live independently at home. This role focuses on dignity, comfort, and personalized assistance, including daily living support and companionship.

The position offers up to $16 per hour, flexible scheduling, paid training, and opportunities for career growth. Daily pay options are available, with a supportive team focused on your success and making a meaningful difference every day.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Experience providing care to elderly or disabled individuals preferred (professional or personal experience)
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable personality
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable transportation to travel to client homes
• Ability to lift, stand, and assist clients as needed (up to 50 pounds)
• Committed to providing high-quality, client-centered care

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care support, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene assistance
• Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and daily living activities
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed
• Perform housekeeping, laundry, and household tasks
• Provide companionship and emotional support to improve quality of life
• Assist with errands, grocery shopping, and transportation to appointments (when applicable)
• Promote a safe, comfortable, and respectful environment for each client
