Job summary

Elara Caring is hiring caregivers in Missouri to provide compassionate in-home care to seniors and individuals with disabilities.

You’ll perform personal care, meal prep, transportation assistance, and companionship, with training and opportunities for growth in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Six months of experience caring for elderly or disabled individuals is required.
• Compassionate, patient and dependable personality.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation to client homes.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support.
• Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and daily living activities.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed.
• Perform housekeeping, laundry, and household tasks.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to improve quality of life.
• Assist with errands, grocery shopping, and transportation to appointments.
• Promote a safe, comfortable, and respectful environment for each client.

Earn $250 after completing 150 hours worked and 90 days of employment. Bonus payments are contingent upon meeting performance and employment requirements and are paid following 90 days of active employment.

Hourly Range: $15.25-$17.75 /hr

As a Caregiver, you’ll contribute to our success in the following ways:

• Provide personal care support, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene assistance
• Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and daily living activities

What is Required?

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable personality
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable transportation to travel to client homes
• Ability to lift, stand, bend, and assist clients as needed (up to 50 pounds)
