Job summary

Live Star Home Care is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide non-medical support and companionship to seniors and individuals with disabilities in their homes. You will assist with daily living activities, promote independence, and maintain a safe, caring environment. Training is provided for the right candidate.

Qualifications include 18+ years, U.S. work authorization, caregiving experience preferred, and certifications such as CPR/First Aid.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Previous caregiving, CNA, or home care experience preferred (training provided for the right candidate).
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 25–50 lbs as needed for client support or transfers.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care needs such as bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility.
• Provide companionship and emotional support through conversation and engagement.
• Help with light housekeeping, laundry, and maintaining a clean living space.
• Prepare and assist with meals and snacks according to dietary preferences.
• Support clients with transfers, ambulation, and safe movement throughout their homes.
• Provide medication reminders (non-medical).
• Accompany clients to appointments, errands, or recreational activities (as assigned).
• Observe and report any changes in the client's physical or emotional condition to the supervisor.
• Follow care plans, schedules, and agency policies to ensure consistent and reliable service.

Work Schedule

Flexible schedules available: Full-time Part-time Live-in Overnight needed)

PRN (as Caregivers can choose shifts that best fit their lifestyle. Weekend availability is a plus.
