Responsibilities and Duties (but are not limited to)

• Personal Hygiene (assisting to bathroom, bathing, care of mouth, shaving, skin, and hair)
• Ambulation/Transfers
• Eating
• Dressing/Shaving
• Prepares meals and snacks according to instructions.
• Accompany patient on errands or medical appointments
• Performs light housekeeping including vacuuming, dusting, sweeping or mopping floors, dishes, changing bed linens, laundry, and bathroom cleaning.

• Dependable individuals with Reliable Transportation needed
