Community Horizons L.L.C. seeks a caring provider for early morning support of a young adult male in his home south of Mosinee. Responsibilities include companionship, respite, and personal assistance with hygiene, transfers, and medical-related tasks.

Training is provided; weekend shifts are occasional and not required. We value experience with disabilities and a reliable, patient caregiver who can adapt to a pet-friendly home environment.

Qualifikationen

• Background check required.

• Experience preferred; training provided for the right candidate.
• Pet-friendly home; love for animals is a plus.

• Hygiene care, including bathing and dressing.
• Transfers using the track system.

• Perform suctioning as required (approximately every 15-20 minutes).

Jobbeschreibung

A local family is seeking a caring and reliable provider for early morning support to a young adult male. Weekends are not required, but occasional availability would be a welcome bonus. Care will be provided in the member's home south of Mosinee and includes companionship, respite, and personal assistance. Experience preferred, but training will be provided to the right person. Experience with disabilities is highly desired.

Tasks may include, but are not limited to:

• Hygiene care, including bathing and dressing
• Transfers using the track system
• Incontinence care
• Administration of G-tube feedings
• Perform suctioning as required (approximately every 15-20 minutes)
• Range of motion exercises

Shifts: Tuesdays and Thursdays from 11:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with occasional evening hours and occasional overnight shifts on weekends.

Wage: $20 per hour

Requirements:

• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Schedule flexibility is a plus
• Have a love for animals, as this is a pet-friendly home!
