What You Will Do:
Implement personalized care plans that nurture mind, body, and spirit. Treat clients like family, going above and beyond to enhance their lives.

Essential Functions:

• Deliver exceptional in-home care
• Follow personalized weekly schedules and care plans
• Perform daily tasks safely and professionally (ADLs)
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with personal care, mobility, incontinence, light housekeeping, feeding, and meal prep
• Maintain safety, order, and client enjoyment
• Transport clients to appointments
• Document tasks and report changes in client condition
