We are looking for dedicated caregivers who want to make a difference in people's lives. As the face of the agency, caregivers are essential in home care. We offer choice assignments, sign-on and referral bonuses, pay for travel time and mileage, opportunities for pay increases, paid time off, and free online training. Shifts:

Caregiver Requirements:

• Experience caring for elderly and/or disabled individuals
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Compassionate provider of personal care, homemaking, and companionship services
• Certification preferred but not required
• Experience with Alzheimer’s, Dementia, and Hospice care preferred
• Criminal Background Record Check
• Minimum of 4 references (2 personal, 2 professional)
• Recent TB test (within past year)

Responsibilities:

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) like bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with cooking
• Launder clothing and linens
• Provide companionship and engage clients in activities
• Support with mobility and transfers, ensuring safety
• Assist with medication reminders
