At Peace Healthcare Agency is hiring compassionate Caregivers / Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to provide one-on-one, non-medical care and companionship in clients' homes. You will assist with daily living activities, mobility, meal prep, light housekeeping, and transportation as needed.

The right candidate is compassionate, dependable, and good with seniors and adults with disabilities. Benefits include weekly pay, direct deposit, referral bonuses, and access to free medical insurance.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of personal care experience preferred.
• Experience as a Caregiver, PCA, HHA, or similar role is a plus.
• Proof of current TB testing required.
• Must be physically able to perform the essential duties of the position.
• Must have reliable transportation and, if transporting clients, a valid driver’s license and automobile insurance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be mature, caring, punctual, and dependable.
• Must successfully pass required criminal background and fingerprint checks.

Responsabilités

• Provide compassionate, non-medical support to clients in their homes.
• Bathing and grooming, toileting and incontinence care, dressing, and ADLs.
• Meal preparation, light housekeeping, laundry, and maintaining a safe environment.
• Provide companionship and emotional support; encourage independence and social engagement.
• Assist with ambulation, transfers, and safe movement around the home.
• Provide medication reminders according to the care plan.
• Transport clients to medical appointments and run errands when applicable.
