Job summary

Right at Home East Atlanta is hiring Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to provide one-on-one in-home care for seniors and adults with disabilities in Snellville, Stone Mountain, Loganville, Tucker and nearby areas. Your support helps clients live safely and independently at home.

We offer flexible schedules, competitive pay of $14–$15 per hour, paid training, and opportunities for both full-time and part-time roles with benefits and career growth in a supportive team.

Qualifications

• 2 years of caregiving or personal care experience.
• Current CPR Certification (or ability to obtain).
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Current Automobile Insurance.
• Eligible to Work in the United States.
• Pass Criminal Background Check.
• Pass Drug Screening.
• Strong Communication Skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene
• Assist with transfers, ambulation, and mobility
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Prepare nutritious meals
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry
• Medication reminders
• Transportation to appointments and errands
• Observe and report changes in client condition
• Complete required documentation accurately
• Follow individualized care plans
