Job summary

Right at Home Hilton Head/Savannah is seeking compassionate caregivers to join our in-home care team in California. We offer full-time and part-time roles with flexible shifts including mornings, days, overnights, and weekends; opportunities to work in clients' homes or at local senior living communities.

Qualifications

• Able to read, write, speak, and understand English as needed for the job; bilingual a plus.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• One year caregiving experience preferred; at least six months in any caregiving role.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with showering, bathing, oral hygiene, dressing, and toileting
• Assisting with transferring/moving client within home
• Light housekeeping: vacuuming, dusting, sweeping or mopping floors, dishes, laundry, bathroom cleaning
• Preparing nutritious meals and snacks
• Providing transportation and accompanying clients to appointments
• Dementia care and companionship activities
• Medication reminders
• Assisting with prescribed range of motion exercises
