Position: Caregiver at Greenfield of Perkiomen Valley Senior Living Community

We are seeking Caregivers to care for our residents. This position reports to the Director of Assisted Living. We are hiring for the following shifts:

• Full-time and part-time, 3rd shift (11:00 pm to 7:00 am)

Responsibilities

• Take and record vital signs.
• Measure and record height and weight. Calculate and record fluid intake and output.
• Recognize abnormal changes in body functioning and report them to a supervisor.
• Assist with medication reminders, bathing, grooming, dressing, escort services, and activities of daily living.
• Transfer, position, and turn residents.
• Provide skin care and contribute to residents' assessments and care plans.
• Provide nursing rehabilitation/restorative nursing services.
• Care for residents with dementia.
• Follow the schedule set by the supervisor based on residents' needs.
• Provide emotional and social support to residents.
• Promote and protect resident rights, assist with informed decisions, treat residents with dignity and respect, and report suspected abuse or neglect.
• Support independent expression and decision-making, and avoid physical restraints in accordance with standards and laws.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working in Senior Living, Assisted Living, or Memory Care communities.
• Previous caregiver experience.
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license.

Salary
